Oil on Canvas 24" x 30" available Picasso's fascination with bullfighting and the matador was a recurring theme throughout his career. The masculinity, courage and skill of the matador being a motif frequently used in his artwork. Dora Maar, a photographer and painter, was a constant companion and lover of Picasso. She was the muse for his 'Weeping Woman', and was an inspiration to other photographers and to surrealist painters, and was an accomplished painter in her own right.
